Hello everyone, my name is Maryam and im here to ask for help for my sister who was the victim of a tragic accident on the 05/03/2025
While she was at home sleeping with her kids she heard a massive explosion and came to find out that a gas tank exploded in her kitchen out of the blue.
She was so brave and managed to help her kids jump off the balcony while the whole flat was burning on fire. The children are completely safe but she suffered first degree burns to her hands, arms and legs and second degree burns to her face and abdomen.
She bravely managed to extinguish the fire before the fire department got there and doing so she saved many lives including her neighbours.
She was airlifted to a burn unit in Rome (Italy) and she is gonna have to stay there for at least 30 days. The prognosis is good but the expenses were a lot. Almost 16k for the medical bills and on top of that she will have to be off work for a while.
We have helped her with her expenses but still we would like to set up this fundraiser to help her with future costs and house repairs which for now is deemed unaccessible.
Please help even with £1 because it will make a massive difference
