A passion for Wine, over 12 years of experience in retail industry since 2008. In between took a break for studies and finished my bachelor's while continuing working.

We took over the family owned Wine Factor which was struggling at a point; we have spent our ability and knowledge to improve the environment and the vibe for the shop by refurbishing and bringing a better look.

The Wine Factor retail was running for around 12 years.

The market for wine tasting and wine bar was growing so we converted our storage room to wine bar pre-pandemic.

We had to close the wine bar for over several months without receiving any help from council as they simply ignored thinking is just retail.

Our secret wine bar to be improved and for it's future to become a wine club by collaborating with other wine tasting industries and shops.

Went over 100s of tasting nationwide and Europe
tasted over 10,000 of wine to resource it.

We host regular wine tasting and beer tasting through-out the year.

At The Wine Factor we also do special monthly event's such as Sri Lankan in fusion with traditional food such as Kothu Rotti.

On the future development we are looking to expand the business with more events and improving our ecommerce including Uber Eats and Deliveroo, we will be bringing in more exclusive subject to The Wine Factor.
