We are Cindia, Sandrine and Ceidann co-directors of Jamcospreads and La Hot Kreyol. Today, we are reaching out to you to ask for your help to support a big project to exhibit in the Sial Paris from the 19th of October to the 23rd of October 2024 for a generous donation of £33,300.
But first, let us introduce ourselves.
Who are we?
Born in the Caribbean (Martinique) we live and work in the West Midlands UK. Cindia and Sandrine have been working in Education for 2 decades now and Ceidann, 15 years old, is currently doing his GCSEs and specializing in business studies. In addition to working in schools, we also run a business that we started from nothing about 10 years ago manufacturing fruit spreads and hot sauces that we have been selling online www.excellencekreyol.co.uk as well as in various food festivals across the UK. Currently, we supply 4 restaurants with our most popular hot sauces.
Our range of products are vegan and gluten free. Our brands offer a variety of incredibly unique, tasty, innovative, and so versatile that they are too good for breakfast only.
Our fruit spreads’ flavours are: banana, banilla (no added sugar), blueberry and banana, strawberry and banana, to name a few. Each jar offers our customers taste and high-quality ingredients (70 grs of fruit per 100 grs and that is a lot we know!)
La hot Kreyol is a fusion of fruits, mustard, and scotch bonnet as main ingredients. Our trendy flavours attract consumers from all backgrounds, genders, age groups hence responding to consumers’ craving needs for new innovative flavours.

In addition, this opportunity will help many communities in Martinique, in the UK and other communities that are in contact with our range of products. Finally, it will inspire people not to abandon their dreams.

The total amount £33,300
To cover our cost that are comprised of:
-The Sial exhibitor space requires a minimum of 16 sqm which costs €13,000
- Purchase of a van 3 seaters to carry all our stock (incl 1 year business insurance) which costs £13900
-Stock quantity needed for this event (incl 5000 jams jars, 5000 sauce bottles) which costs £5500
Our summary
Sandrine, Cindia and Ceidann are very hard-working people, passionate in their mission to solve a lack of new and innovative flavours in the fruit spreads and hot sauces markets. We aim to be bold in bringing innovative ideas to these industries by fusing the Martinique and British cultures and spread it worldwide.
Receiving this donation is a massive opportunity that will allow our range of products to be known and create multiple collaborations with global buyers.
