Raising funds for a reliable van to support local youth clubs, families, and community outreach, helping us continue vital services.

We Need Your Help

Our organisation has been a lifeline for local youth clubs, families in need, and vulnerable individuals in our community for years. We provide essential support, from organising youth activities and mentoring programmes to delivering food, supplies, and assistance to those who need it most. Unfortunately, we are currently facing a significant challenge that is threatening our ability to continue this vital work: we have no transportation.

The Impact of Losing Our Van

Our previous van was the heart of our operations, allowing us to reach those who are often overlooked and underserved. It helped us deliver meals, transport volunteers, and bring essential services directly to the doorsteps of those in need. When it broke down, we were left scrambling to find a replacement that could fit within our tight budget.

The Volvo Scam: A Costly Setback

In our search for an affordable vehicle, we came across what seemed like a perfect solution—a Volvo that was within our budget and appeared to be in good condition. Unfortunately, after the purchase, we discovered that the seller had knowingly sold us a defective vehicle. The Volvo was riddled with issues that were not disclosed to us, leading to a series of costly repairs that drained our already limited resources. The vehicle is now beyond repair, and we have been left without any means of transportation.

Why We Need Your Support

Without a reliable van, our organisation is at a standstill. We can’t reach the people who rely on us, and our programmes have come to a halt. We’ve found a new van that would be absolutely perfect for our needs—it’s reliable, has disabled access, and would allow us to continue our work in the community. However, after the financial hit from the Volvo, we simply can’t afford it on our own.

How You Can Make a Difference

We are not asking for a handout—we are asking for a hand-up. Your contribution to this campaign will go directly towards purchasing a reliable van that will enable us to get back on the road and continue our work. Every donation, no matter how small, will bring us one step closer to reaching our goal and ensuring that we can continue to support those who need us most.

If we can raise enough to purchase this van, we can resume our operations, including:

  • Youth Clubs and Mentoring Programmes: Providing safe spaces for local youth to learn, grow, and develop valuable life skills.
  • Family Support: Delivering food, supplies, and assistance to families who are struggling to make ends meet.
  • Community Outreach: Bringing services and support directly to the doors of those who are isolated or unable to access help on their own.

Our Commitment to You

We are committed to transparency and will keep all donors updated on our progress. Every pound donated will be put to good use, ensuring that our organisation can continue to make a positive impact in the community. We are also open to repaying any substantial contributions over time, as we understand the importance of accountability and stewardship.

Help Us Keep the Wheels Turning

We’ve always believed in the power of community, and we know that together, we can overcome this challenge. Please consider donating, sharing our campaign, or even just spreading the word about our cause. Your support will make a real, tangible difference in the lives of many.

Thank you for taking the time to read our story and for considering helping us get back on the road. With your support, we can continue to be a beacon of hope for those who need it most.
