We are devoted to provide quality education and childcare for families of all children including Special Educational Needs and/or Disabilities (SEND).
Children are unique individuals who all learn at their own pace and with this in mind we are committed to empowering all children to excel, by understanding how each child learns, and by delivering a curriculum that meets their individual needs. We work with parents/carers for the best interest of the children. All children are valued in our inclusive Setting. Children learn to celebrate their achievements, thereby increasing their confidence and improving their participation. All children are encouraged to access their environment as independently as possible, whilst also forming positive relationships with their peers.
We follow the EYFS early years framework where a child’s early years are fundamental to their development, laying a foundation for future learning, skills and behaviours. Our provision knows play is therefore hugely important. Play is at the heart of our effective provision. Supporting play in early years settings is crucial: it improves children’s cognitive, physical, social, and emotional wellbeing and helps them to learn about the world and themselves, laying the groundwork for their future learning and development potential. Among many other positive benefits, we believe that through play young children can extend their learning further and make sense of the world around them, learn to express their feelings and discover ways to self-regulate. Depending on the age of the child, play can help with developing conflict and resolution skills too.
✨We want to be able to extend this unique childcare to more children by buying a piece of derelict land next door, clear it and make it into a child centred childcare setting. Our vision is to offer an outdoor environment for all children in a safe and nurturing environment✨
