Who We Are

We are Eternal Spirit — a passionate team dedicated to nurturing mind, body, and soul. From holistic therapies and meditation to creative workshops and dementia-friendly gatherings, our mission is to create a safe, welcoming space where everyone feels seen, supported, and connected.

Our Vision

Our dream of opening a Community Hub — a warm, inclusive sanctuary in  Templehill, Troon.

This hub will be more than just a building: it will be a place where people can come together to heal, learn, grow, and belong.

Our vision includes:

🌿 Holistic Therapy Rooms — for Reiki, sound healing, crystal healing, and wellbeing treatments.

🫶 Safe Space for Community Groups — tackling loneliness, isolation, and mental health challenges.

🧘 Meditation & Mindfulness Nights — for all ages and abilities.

💜 Dementia-Friendly Sessions — supporting families and carers with calm, sensory activities.

🎨 Workshops & Learning — from arts and crafts to spiritual development and self-care.

☕ A Warm, Welcoming Area — where everyone can share a cuppa, a chat, and a smile.
