Aim: Nathaniel has qualified torepresent Team GB in World Championships
Nathaniel is a 12 year old who is described as being very active and will embrace most sporting opportunities with lots of enthusiasm. He has dedicated most of his spare time to his training over the years.
Over the last six months he began a new challenge of training in modern pentathlon, with a bi-product of this being the Biathle competitions.
Biathle is a continous race of running, swimming, then running again.
Nathaniel trains multiple times a week, engaging in many sporting disciplines including running, swimming, gymnastics and dancing among other things.
On 30/07/2023, Nathaniel competed in the National Biathle Championships Salford, Manchester. This was his first ever competition for this event. When he went to start line he was up against athletes who had already competed for GB. Nathaniel is highly competitive, so was not fazed by this. Nathaniel raced amazingly and managed to finished 5th meaning that he qualified to represent GB in the World Championships which is being held in Bali in November this year.
As you can imagine all this comes at a significant cost though, entry fees, Team GB kit, flights, accommodation, transport, training, specialist equipment etc and it quickly mounts up. We've always done what we can to support all his endeavours and we want to try and support Nathaniel to achieve his dreams and the honour of representing his country but we really need people to believe him and get behind him as everything is self-funded we're asking for donations abd sponsorships, big or small so he will be able to except this opportunity. Any donation at all will be a massive help and gratefully received for us as a family to get him to the World Championships in Bali and hopefully give him lots of memories which will last a lifetime and give him an amazing experience which will set him up for future endeavours.
