Help Save WeNkosi: A 25-Year-Old Fighting for His Life

Dear Friends, Family, and Compassionate Supporters,

We write to you with heavy hearts and an urgent plea for help.

WeNkosi Tshili, the 25-year-old son of Bishop Tshili, is bravely fighting for his life. What began as a journey to India for a kidney transplant has turned into a harrowing battle no young person should ever have to face.

Upon arriving in India, doctors discovered that WeNkosi was suffering from severe heart complications. Since February, he has undergone not one, but three open-heart surgeries. Despite the immense physical and emotional toll, WeNkosi continues to fight — but his condition is worsening each day.

The funds initially raised through the generous support of friends, family, and well-wishers have now been completely exhausted. His care is ongoing and critical, requiring specialized treatment, medication, and around-the-clock attention — all of which are costly.

Today, we appeal to your heart.
WeNkosi’s life depends on continued medical support, and we cannot do this without your help. Every contribution, no matter the size, makes a difference. Whether you are able to donate or simply share this message with others, your action brings hope to WeNkosi and his family in this desperate time.

Let’s stand together in love, faith, and action.
Let’s give WeNkosi the fighting chance he deserves.

Please donate and share this message widely.

With heartfelt gratitude,
