Help raise money for a big car

My partner has a degenative facture to the spine and will need a wheelchair, my car has to be scraped and im a carer for him, my sister and my dad, my smaller children have adhd and austism my middle child has ADD, my smaller car keeps breaking down and i cant get them to the hospitals or days out because i dont have a big van to drive them to and from hospitals and other appointments, this monwy would change everything for me to get them to and from hospitals, wheelchair access and space for my children and my sister who has all the arthritis in her body and i help her through the days changing etc and my dad has heart failure so if he falls or anything i need to be getting to him fast, i help change him, clean his bunglow etc. Please help me so i can rely on a car and not have to worry about breaking down.
