We're still collecting donations
On the 17th April 2020 we'd raised £40 with 3 supporters in 28 days. But as every pound matters, we're continuing to collect donations from supporters.

The global COVID-19 pandemic has created a very uncertain landscape for millions of British small businesses, which is going to make it very challenging for businesses to survive. Together we can help them.
I have run my business now in Liskeard for 17 years and I have had tough times, but what I am experiencing now is one of the worst times I have ever known. I also know many of you, customers as well as other Small businesses are also struggling out there and I can appreciate that.
Over my 17 years I have met many wonderful customers from far and wide who have become regulars to the shop and in time I have seen their children grow up from young lads and lasses to the wonderful young people they have become today, although it does make me feel old
I recently started an Pokemon evening class and had a few guys in who were teaching younger ones how to play the Pokemon card game and just as it was starting to take off I have had to cancel it due to the ongoing situation. This was proving ideal for some of the youngsters who were looking for something to to for one evening a week and it was something I was happy to be able to offer. I had more evenings planned for the community throughout the year but have had to stop before I even got started
I don't really like asking for help as I have normally managed to struggle through regardless but this time I just don't know which way to turn and at present I am still opening up for my normal hours just in case I can take £5-£20 a day as every little helps.
The money raised will be used to help keep my business afloat and viable in these troubling times, and if you can't donate if you have any ideas as to how to get by I will listen to every suggestion, however barmy.
Any money raised that I don't need will be donated to charities that I support.
A quick update, as some of you may be aware I had to close my Shop on Monday of this week so at the present time we have absolutely zero cash flow coming through the Business. Many thanks to everyone who has donated or has sent us encouraging words to keep my spirits up. It is very difficult at the moment.
I have worked from the age of 16 and for me to be able to do nothing has been a struggle, although my Garden will no doubt benefit.
I have been busily listing some of the Shop stock onto the Shop Ebay page and if you are looking for movies or games why not have a look on there link is below
