New stretch target

Hey everyone, proceedings have still not been concluded as I need to provide more evidence in support of my claim and injuries. Due to financial constraints I could only produce a report for my facial injuries, and not the injuries to my leg (which is the more serious). Thankfully the judge has allowed time for that to be gathered and presented, so at least it feels like the end is in sight of this 2-year long saga.

I am going to stretch the target to try to cover for a second expert witness report and costs of court fees.

I cannot tell you how touched I am by the support people have given me on here. If it wasnt for this, then truly I would be in a dark place as this struggle continues on.

Sasha

Sasha was hit by a speeding minicab whilst cycling in January 2015. He was hospitalised for 6 days and sustained multiple fractures, including his tibia, fibia and orbital bones. He suffered contusion to his lung and has been left with facial scarring as a result. He was fortunate not to have suffered worse. 

As if getting hit by a car wasn't bad enough, the situation has escalated through no fault of his own when the minicab firm tried to claim £5,000 in damages to the car, and he is now caught up in a complicated legal battle with the company. This is proving to contain many hidden costs - from solicitors fees to medical reports - all of which add to the stressful ordeal of an impending court case.
