Help me with a vets bill 🙏

Aim: Please can you help me save my dog Lizzy? She needs surgery to amputate her tail . I can't afford to pay 😞

Lizzy came to me by accident. Lizzy was a street dog in Bulgaria where she was caught, neutered and released. Sadly she was hit by a car that left her lying in a ditch roadside with a broken spine. She wasn't found for days. Her back legs were amputated as a result . Fast forward 6 years . She was adopted by a family in the UK, money raised to transport but her family changed their mind as soon as she arrived and that's why Lizzy ended up with me . She's doubly incontinent , has no back legs yet absolutely loves life . 

Lizzy had an insect bite on her tail and started to nibble at it so was seen by a vet . Then managed to bite off her tail in spite of wearing a collar so needs surgery to amputate. None of the vets do payment plans. It has to be paid for up front but due to not being well enough to work I have no savings. 

I don't feel comfortable asking for help but I'm desperate as the vet won't operate until I can pay .
