Help me purchase a charging station

Aim: I seek assistance in guaranteeing the uninterrupted operation of my refrigerator throughout the daily fourteen-hour power outages.

Directly requesting assistance for myself is a challenge, but the dire situation in Mykolaiv compels me to seek help. As a resident of this war-torn city, I am witnessing firsthand the devastating consequences of prolonged power outages and their impact on our lives.

Our power grid is under relentless attack, with regular and systematic shutdowns plunging entire districts into darkness for up to 14 hours each day. These blackouts extend beyond mere inconvenience; they threaten our health, safety, and well-being.

In addition since April 12, 2022, Mykolaiv has been without running water due to the destruction of the water infrastructure by Russian forces. The residual water supply is distributed from wells; however, this proves insufficient to meet the water demand, as well pumps are reliant on electricity.

The combination of heat, lack of ventilation, air conditioning, and limited water resources poses a serious threat to human health. The sweltering temperatures, reaching up to 40-41°C in some areas, exacerbate existing health conditions and increase the risk of heatstroke.

The situation is particularly perilous in the southeastern regions of Ukraine, where the daily threat of shelling from Russia adds another layer of danger. In the absence of electricity, sirens fail to alert residents of incoming attacks, leaving them vulnerable and unable to seek shelter in time.
