Help me go to NYC for my birthday

Aim: Been out of work since my girlfriend of 7 years died in 2023. I have medical issues that keep me from working also. I need to get away.

I haven't been able to work for almost 2 years. My girlfriend of almost 7 years passed away in 2023 and I had a nervous breakdown. I also have bipolar, borderline personality disorder, anxiety, diabetes, underactive thyroid, COPD, asthma, bulimia, RFID (reduced food intake disorder), Gastroparesis and cellulitis in my jaw. I probably forgot something I'm tired of not being able to do anything or have a quality of life. My wish is to stay overnight in NYC for my birthday. NYC is my favorite place. I live an hour and a half away And used to go all the time but haven't been up there in years. Please, can you help me fulfill this wish.
