Help me get the coucilling I need

My mental health Is really unstable and I struggle to deal with it everyday I suffer from adhd, autism, borderline personality disorder although I take mood stabilizers i still have mostly bad to very bad days which is making life unbearable and I am struggling to cope I am unable to access free coucilling for some reason they told me because I self harm they can't help me. I also have lots of other health issues leaving me in pain everyday this makes my mental health even worse. I am unable to afford coucilling as I am disabled and cannot work. Recently my rent has gone up making it impossible for me to deal with making my money last as it is. I am desperate for help! I have no one that can help me. Please help if you can. Thank you.
