Help me and my family get a home

Aim: Our landlord wants us out in 2 years so he can sell the property. I want to be able to help my family buy a home

We are a pretty low income family so buying a house would honestly take us 10+ years to save for. We don’t have that kinda time as we only have 2 years left here. With the rise in rent prices and property prices, we’ve decided to aim for a house on the other side of the country. My mum doesn’t know I’m doing this haha but I’d like to at least try and surprise her with some funds towards the house to make her life a little easier. My goal was initially 10k but I later realised that a mortgage wouldn’t be doable for us and so I want to at least try and get close to the full amount for a house

My dream ever since I was younger was to be able to get a house and ensure my family is safe. If I can ensure that their future is safe, that would mean the absolute world to me
