Post-Covid, a multi media scoreboard will enable the club to re-connect with the community, including regular social events, raising funds

On the 15th April 2021 we'd raised £1,487 with 25 supporters in 28 days. But as every pound matters, we're continuing to collect donations from supporters.
Hazel Grove is a friendly, sociable, inclusive, volunteer-run, community focused cricket club with a proud tradition of serving local families, schools and residents.
We lost those some of those connections during Covid - through lost income, lost sport. lost social connections. All things we all thrive on.
The Club's return to cricket in 2021 as we emerge from Covid is focused on enhancing community links to ensure as many groups as possible can benefit from what we offer. For us, this goes beyond cricket.
We've always hosted community events at the Club and in the village to engage and support the wider community and the local businesses and organisations that our supporters, families and neighbours rely on. This opportunity to connect, and of course to raise funds, was denied to us in 2020 during the peak of the pandemic - your support and donations will help us to safeguard these great community social occasions for the future.
A multi media electronic scoreboard and screen will mean we can make the cricket matches more interactive, increase visibility for those who may struggle, and offer a whole new product in community and family event screenings. Your next get together could be an outdoor film screening at the ground. We'll use the technology to promote local businesses and organisations - who, just like us, have been so deeply impacted by the pandemic. We're in this together.
And we want to give something to you. Take a look at the rewards for when you donate. You are part of our club community, and we thank you all for your support.
