Hey folks, I'm Han, I love working with kids and teenagers, and want to really make a difference in their lives! I especially have a passion for helping youth with SEND and growing their confidence in themselves amd their abilities!
I also want to help marginalised children and young people, who maybe don't have as many privileges as others.
I come from a low income very large family, and have no support from my parents in terms of money.
I have been trying to work part time alongside my studies, (which was very difficult for me last year), and I also have a Youth Placement including all my lectures and assignments.
After my studies are finished I want to work in schools, and youth groups, improving them for young people, especially raising awareness and understanding for youth with SEND and SEMH and getting the necessary support for them!
I have a brother who has SEND and that has really fueled my passion in supporting him, and seeing how overlooked these children and youth are, and how much more support they truly need.
I'm studying Youth Work, but I don't have enough funds for my 2nd year. I need just over 3,500 to be able to pay the rest of my student fees for this year!
£3,500 is what I need to pay my tuition fees, but I thought if I get less that's fine, I'll just try and get another part-time job.
My accomodation is really expensive, and it's a struggle to be able to pay for my food (gluten and dairy allergy), accomodation, and I dont have enough to pay for my student fees too. I'm not asking for support for my food or accomodation, just for the student fees to be able to continue to study!!
