We came to Cyprus on holiday and discovered there are thousands upon thousands of street cats that are unloved and uncared for.
Maybe far too many for the government and local cat charities to handle. They rely on food from tourists during the summer, but have to fend for themselves in the winter.
We fell in love with a 5 month old tabby cat who we have named Ollie. Who was very wary of us at first but then made himself at home in our hotel apartment. He became so reliant on us feeding him, coming to us for comfort and feeling safe in our apartment that I couldn't bear to leave him behind.
We have already taken him to the vets for health checks, tests, flea and worming, microchipping, and vaccines. He now has a passport but we need help towards the costs of his fostering care and transport to the UK.

If we go above the amount needed to bring Ollie home, the remaining funds will be donated and split between Ella's blind cat sanctuary and Project paw Cyprus. These funds will then help other cats go to loving homes.
