Help Bring My Stepdad to the UK for Our Wedding

Aim: I’m raising funds to help my stepdad with travel and medical costs so he can fly from Spain to the UK for my wedding — a special day we want

My stepdad has recently been diagnosed with advanced lung cancer. He lives in Spain with my mum and is currently undergoing treatment there, but it’s not clear how much time he has left.

My dream is to have him and my mum here in the UK for my wedding in four months time. Unfortunately, there are extra costs involved that aren’t covered — including medical travel insurance, support with ongoing treatment while he’s here, and flights for him and my mum.

This fundraiser will go directly toward covering these medical and travel expenses, to make it possible for him to be with us on this incredibly meaningful day. It’s about creating special memories for him and my mum, and sharing a moment of love and joy in what has otherwise been a very difficult time.
