Help an orphaned and disabled ethiopian teen

Tesfaye is a severely disabled orphan who was born and lives in Addis Ababa Ethiopia. Both His parents passed away and he does not have anyone to assist him. He uses a manual wheel chair however because of a degenerative muscle disease that affects his hands, it is pure torture for him when using it.  He can have surgery to ease the pain but he is absolutely destitute and needs money for the procedure. A motorized wheel chair would also tremendously help him. He spends his days begging in the streets for scraps of food and money and sleeps under a bridge. We would very much appreciate it if you you could give whatever you can. So he can be able to move with much less pain in a motorized wheel chair have his surgery and afford to eat and live in more comfortable surroundings. Thank you.
