I have a simple small goal.
My friends, who I have known for a long time, are trapped inside of Gaza. The goal is to cover the cost of 1x25kg bag of flour from the market (there is no other size), plus cost of bank fees to send to them.
Adham (36) and Nevin (32) have 4 small children.
Sham, age 7 (today is her birthday!), majd age 6 (6th november), Adam age 3 (15th January), and little Nael age 1 (19th November).
As it stands, there is no way to work to make money inside of gaza. I have been helping to support my friends personally, but the price of flour has risen to 200$ in their area, and I cannot afford to help.
If anybody could find it in their hearts, and have a little money spare to help keep my friends and their children alive, I would be eternally grateful.
They have no access to internet connection in their area, as a result of air strikes, so they have to make a dangerous journey to gain Internet access, and as such they're not recieving outside donations via other media.
We have spoken every day via video calls during the conflict. Now it is via a quick check in message every morning so I know they're still alive.
Adham's wife Nevin suffers from spinal issues requiring surgery due to causial migration affecting her nerves and ability to stand.
In addition to this, they care for adham's mother, who is duabetic ajd has high blood pressure but is unable to get hold of any medication during this conflict. Due to these conditions she suffered from a severe stroke, and is now paralysed and unable to speak. His brother is also suffering as a result if shattered bones in his leg
As the only adult member if his family uninjured, adham often has to make the decision between leaving his wife, mother, brother and children home alone whilst he makes a dangerous journey to try and sell personal items of his own clothing in exchange for food, or whether to care for his family, but at the cost of a risk of starvation.
