Hi one and all.
In light of the current Covid 19 situation AAA need your help. . As a company we fall out of the net for any government aid during this crisis. There is no help for companies in our situation.
Like so many other small, independant business's, we now face an unpredicted and unprecidented situation which many of us never dreamt would happen in our lifetime. We arent the only one's, there are many others in the same situation but, we will not go down without a fight and we are asking you help us.
AAA Motorcycle Training will survive this with your help!
The funds from this page will help to keep the business through these uncertain times. It also enable's to us to provide CBT training for NHS & Key workers at no cost to them. This is our way of giving back through your donations.
The Current Situation.
Since 19th March 2020 our riders have been providing their time totally voluntarily to provide free of charge delivery of prescriptions throughout Cambridgeshire and even into other counties. They are riding 10 to 12 hours a day, totally dedicated to help you with the full knowledge that currently the future of the business, their future is under threat. This has not stopped the dedication they have shown to helping the community and so now, we are asking the community to help AAA.
We are currently only offering CBT training and on a 1 to 1 basis. Your donations directly enable us to offer that training FREE to NHS and Essential Workers!
Our History:
From the onset of the company we have always worked with and supported the community. Truly believing that a company within a community has this responsibility and we have stood by that all the way with aid for the local food bank, local charities and now, supporting the community on a scale we never dreamt off. But, doing it proudly.
We focused on creating a friendly, highly professional school with the best facilities and the best training and our clients say we have done this. We strive to ensure every client is treated as an individual no matter their needs, hopefully we are succeeding. We educated the public. Providing clear information on what training should involve no matter where they trained. We ensure we never breached the CBT 2:1 training ratio and that all our DAS training was 1:1. We provide free trial sessions for everyone. We also support all of our riders with a free hours training on their own bike during the lifetime of their CBT or the first year of them holding their licence. Plus, every client receives a training manual dependant on which course they are taking part in. We use this to track their progress as well as it containing valuable information to aid their journey.
We have always supported the NHS, Military, and Blue Light services by offering them discounts on all our training (except our two hour session) we continue to do that during this time. We also extended this discount to those on certain benefits to help them become mobile to work or simply for their mental wellbeing.
We also teamed up with NABD (National Association of Bikers with Disabilities) to support and provide training for those riders facing additional challenges including the use of specifically adapted bikes.
SAMS
We created S.A.M.S (Safety Always Makes Sense) a program to help educate youngsters to help reduce the accident rate in this age group, a program we now (prior to covid 19) take into schools providing free sessions for the pupils. Our Instructors are passionate about educating these youngsters and ensuring their futures. Through education and equipement we are attempting to make the wearing of vital PPE the norm amongst younger riders in the hope that this will follow them into later life.
GOALS
We wanted to be a little company that made big changes. We wanted to set new standards and do things right. We also wanted to think outside the box and be different, working with the community was one of those aims whilst providing service excellence. Within the first six months of trading we won The Ely Standard East Cambridgeshire Family Business of the Year 2019 which we were totally, utterly thrilled by. We also won Prestige Cambridgeshire Motorcycle Training School of the Year which totally floored us! More recently, Amanda has been nominated for an Ely Heroes Community Hero Award and for a Pride of Britain Award for the work she has instigated within the community!
AIMS
We want to be able to continue this work, we want to be able to continue everything we are doing and build our business to provide more. We want to be able to help support our staff.
More 1:1 training. More quality CBT training. More education in the community. More community support.
