Project :Empower, Heal, and Rebuild: Supporting Our Community in the Wake of Recent Racist Riots
In the aftermath of the recent racial unrest in the UK, our project stands as a beacon of hope and healing for Black, Brown, and Muslim individuals of all ages who have been deeply affected. These events have left scars on our communities, but together, we can create pathways to healing and resilience.
Our mission is to provide a safe and nurturing environment where those impacted can find solace and support. Through trauma-focused therapy, culturally informed guidance, and empathetic listening groups, we aim to offer a sanctuary for processing emotions and sharing experiences.
Our Goals:
- Create Safe Spaces: Offer a compassionate environment where individuals can express their feelings and concerns without judgment.
- Foster Healing: Provide trauma-focused therapy tailored to the unique cultural needs of our community, empowering individuals to reclaim their narratives.
- Build Connections: Reduce isolation by fostering connections and solidarity through shared experiences in our listening groups.
- Cultivate Resilience and Hope: Equip individuals with the tools to overcome anxiety and build lasting resilience, inspiring hope for a brighter future.
Join us in this vital mission to heal and uplift our community. Together, we can turn pain into power and isolation into unity.

Martina works with diverse Individuals across the life span empowering them to be resilient whilst overcoming trauma using trauma focused CBT. Martina has experienced racism herself and understands the long term and adverse effect this has upon the Global Majority's mental health. NHS waiting lists are too long and its unfair to be expected to wait for trauma informed support . Its the governments responsibility to address this and we're here taking action to support and empower our community.
Together we will rise and combat racism!
The money used will support the most vulnerable and those effected by the Race Riots in the UK by providing accessible and culturally relevant therapy , counselling and listening groups - both online and in person. We will partner with therapists, counsellor and organisations who share your mission and values.
