Hatherleigh Silver Band Xmas Fundraiser 2023

We are offering 15 min slots for the band to play your choice of Carols at your home, the pub, your work, anywhere within reason, available on Mon 18th Dec, Wed 20th and Thur 21st Dec between 7 & 9pm - within reasonable distance of Hatherleigh - to raise funds to help towards transport costs to the most prestigious concert EVER in Hatherleigh's history.

On Sat September 28th 2024 at 2pm we are playing at Reading Town Hall as part of the British Bandsman concert series having been lucky enough to win the opportunity. The concert series has 10 bands over a year and our fellow 9 bands are some of the most well know and best bands IN THE WORLD with the likes of the Cory Band, Black Dyke, Brighouse and Rastrick and the current world N1 band Foden's.

We are raising money to help towards transport to Reading for the band and our audience as we all hope you'll come along with us when the tickets go on sale next year.

Our other bit of travelling next year is to the famous Whit Friday marches just outside Oldham in May. We have Bandamonium now, but as a band we have to take part in what Bandamonium wants to grow into & join in as one of the nearly 200 bands taking part on the day.
