COVID 19 Pandemic

With the pandemic now in it's fourteenth month, things are difficult for all small charities, so i ope people can help with Charlie's.   Charlie's is run in the Scottish borders but covers the whole of Scotland.  The charity take in the pet(s) of  peiople entering care home and hospice residency.  Often these individuals are elderly with no living relatives and Charlie's tries to help by visiting with them until they die and keeping their much loved pet(s) for the it's/their lives.   This gives a little comfort to lonely people who have no one else.  I am hoping to raising money for the charity, due to the year just gone, when fundraising was impossible due to the pandemic.   Feedstuffs, vets and fuel still had to be paid and all this has taken it's toll on the charity.   However, elderly owners can't be troubled by this as they have enough to do just getting through a day - especially when they are lonely and have no visitors - Charlie's did still visit to wave through windows with their pet(s)
