Help raise £7000 to record vol.2 of Hans Gál's complete Music for Voices, and celebrate a successful first year for chamber choir Borealis

We're in the home straight!

Dear supporters,

Our Hans Gál: Music for Voices funding campaign is in the home straight, and we are about to breach the £6000 mark. Thank you again for your wonderful generosity.

We now have just short of 28 hours remaining to reach that all-important £7000 mark. The project is set up as an "all-or-nothing" campaign, meaning that unless we hit or exceed the target, we end up with nothing (and you pay nothing, I hasten to add!).

So this is really another plea: if you know anyone who might be willing to "throw in a few quid"(to quote our bass singer Stuart O'Hara) to help get us over the line, please encourage them to do so if you can.

And as before, if you need to send them my way to be convinced, I have my best charming face on (I know, I know - that will probably dissuade them). I'm very happy to speak to people in person or on the phone.

When (not if!) we are approaching the finish line I will try to post a special thank you - perhaps a long section from one of the tracks.

Anyway, enough for now! Thank you all again - I look forward to greeting you with exciting news in about 28 hours.

Best wishes,

Steve Muir
Co-Director, Borealis
