Aim: Hands and Heart Wellness Project provides a safe, supportive space for our community to relax, recharge, and connect.
Mental health and well-being have never been more important.
Every Friday at Carlton Baptist Church, we host free or low-cost sessions offering:
Mindfulness activities like meditation and vision boarding.
Relaxation techniques such as hand massages, aromatherapy and talking therapy.
Creative workshops like glass decorating and crafting.
Stress and isolation are taking a toll on our community. Many people lack access to affordable, local wellness resources.
Our Solution:
With your help, we can keep providing these much-needed sessions. Your support will fund venue hire, wellness materials, and refreshments for our attendees. Together, we can promote mental health, self-care, and community connection.
