Free hand made face masks for everyone with filter

I live in an area where not everyone can afford to buy a face mask that offers at least a minimum protection and a chance to keep this virus away. I am sure that there are many people in UK that can't afford one specially as prices got so much higher and they are not so easy to get either.

As a designer and dressmaker for MilexisStyle, I already started offering in the area masks for free to people from my own resources, but cotton fabric is not cheap and some people can't get out of their homes to come and get them so I would love to send them by post all over UK and share some to homeless people.

 I could not afford to do this or get as much fabric as needed either and this is why I hope to get some help here.

My plan is to contact other seamstresses too, to help me making masks that also have a filter pocket and they are made of cotton. They are washable and reusable. Would also have to help them with fabrics and delivery. I think it is a great idea to also make things locally, stop depending on others. 

Will also add 2 x pm2.5 filters (for each mask). 1 filter can be used around one week if it's used daily.. or more if not. 

Filter function:
1.The first layer: high efficient filter cloth filter the dust of micron.
2.The second layer: meltblown cloth to filter industrial pollutants, automobile exhaust, second-hand smoke pollen allergies.
3.The third layer: high efficient filter cloth filter benzene and a smaller function of filtering dust microns.
4.The fourth layer: activated carbon cloth filter density, smaller material.
5.The fifth layer: spunbond cloth, filter out all kinds of harmful substances.
6.The sixth layer: spunbond cloth

These are masks that I made. They are quite fitted and have different sizes, starting with baby size. Hope cute patterns will help kids and teenagers like to wear them too.
