A single moment can change everything. A tackle gone wrong, a misstep, a split-second impact—and suddenly, life is different. For athletes who suffer catastrophic sporting injuries, the challenge isn’t just survival; it’s rebuilding a life.
That’s where the Matt Hampson Foundation steps in. They provide specialist support, rehabilitation, and a community of people who understand what it means to adapt to a new reality. Their mission is simple: help those with life-changing injuries get busy living again.
Our Mission: Rowing 3,000 Miles to Make a Difference
In December 2025, our team—HODL Get Busy Rowing—will take on the World's Toughest Row, rowing unassisted across the Atlantic Ocean from La Gomera to Antigua.
This is one of the world’s toughest endurance events. Over 40-65 days, we will:
• Row 24/7 in shifts of 2 hours on, 1 hour off
• Battle extreme fatigue, isolation, and unpredictable weather
• Burn over 5,000 calories per day, losing up to 8kg each
• Navigate 3,000 miles of open ocean with no outside help
We are doing this to raise vital funds for the Matt Hampson Foundation, supporting those who face far greater challenges every day.
