We're still collecting donations
On the 16th January 2025 we'd raised £398 with 12 supporters in 84 days. But as every pound matters, we're continuing to collect donations from supporters.
We grow a wide biodiverse range of UK native trees from collected local seed to support wildlife, produce fruit and capture carbon.

Plant.NG Wild Community Tree Nursery CIC
Autumn is a busy time for us- collecting seeds for next year’s trees and potting up this year’s seedlings. The seeds and saplings need the best growing mediums to thrive. We mix compost, sand and grit ourselves and the saplings we plant outside need settling in with good quality compost in our raised beds.
Acorns, hazelnuts and other seeds are the favourite food for voles and squirrels- Our local community craft group, 'Sheds,' can make us wire mesh cages to keep the tiny voles from eating our future mighty oaks!
Your donation will help us provide the very best conditions for our native UK trees, shrubs and climbers. Trees and hedgerows provide food and shelter for local bees and butterflies, amphibians, birds and small mammals like hedgehogs - your gift makes a significant difference.
Thank you so much for supporting us and working with nature.
