Greywell Road Safety Fund

Your gift today will help protect Greywell against speeding traffic. By setting up Gateways at each of the three entrances to the village, and possibly buying a third SID, drivers will see that they are no longer on the open road but are entering a village community. In combination with the two existing Speed Indicator Devices already in place, the Gateways form a vital part of Greywell Road Safety Group’s traffic calming strategy. We are determined that the time has come for motorists to cut their speed and show respect and consideration for pedestrians, dog-walkers, horse riders and cyclists who share our narrow village roads. This will help us achieve our target of £15,000 for phase 2 of our traffic calming strategy. Thank you!
