My name is Sophie and I love eating and baking cakes! I have recently run a virtual, charity Bake-Off with my family and school friends, and now I would like to hold one for Adaptix!
I hope you will join in, have fun baking and competing, and also help to raise some money for our local Foodbank.

North Oxfordshire Community Foodbank gives emergency food parcels to individuals and families who are in need, in the Kidlington, Woodstock, Chipping Norton and Charlebury area.
Due to the coronavirus, many of the food donation point that Foodbank usually receives food from, such as schools, churches and community centres, have had to close, so Foodbank needs additional funds to buy the food it needs. Since the lockdown started, demand for food parcels at our Foodbank has doubled.
£50 will cover the cost of a large food parcel, to feed a family.
£30 will cover the cost of a small food parcel.
