Design cheaper and durable sports boots for the general public, to save cost however to give back durability reliability and to be special.

by Freddie inwood in Winchester, Hampshire, United Kingdom

I was buying new boots for the upcoming season, going into major retailers and brands to find how expensive football/Rugby boots cost!

Boots that durability is so minor, a lifespan of maximum a year, if not more regularly couple of months at most, which for big corporations is great due to repeat business that is forced due to people's love of playing sport.

My aim is to create a sports boot than encompasses two major things. Affordability and durability. To create a slick, modern and fashionable boot, that have a prolonged lifespan and is at an affordable pricemark, disrupting the current market.

My business model with consist of the below;

- Brand Ambassadors -Using my diverse contacts at professional level in both Football and Rugby to represent the product.

- Leverage partners, suppliers and production - Utilising a range of suppliers and partners to leverage best price and maintain highest performance.

- Partnership - work with sports clubs to gain authorisation to have their brand on the product, therefore will draw a wider audience, eg boot with Southampton FC badge on, to fit the target audience of Southampton FC Fans, specially children.

- Sustainability - To use a product set of durable and sustainable materials to make sure that product longevity is consistent and setting standards on our footprint.

Price - The majority of football boots in this day range from £100-300+ for a pair of boots, if we can design and produce a range of boots that retail after all costs between £60-£100, being a netnew brand, people wont pay for the logo, however for cost effective and durable boots, many people will jump at the idea.
