Promoter & Benefactor

• The promoter(s) of this prize draw is Loretto School Ltd, 1-7 Linkfield Road, Musselburgh, EH21 7RE, SC013978 
• The promoter and benefactor(s) of this prize draw is Canada Tour Committee Fundraising Team and the associated Charities.

Eligibility

• The prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 16 years and over and for minors please ask your parents to complete on your behalf. Employees of the Promoter or the Benefactor and their immediate families, as well as anyone connected with the draw, are not eligible to enter.

Entry Method

• To enter, participants can purchase prize draw entries via this Crowdfunder campaign. Entrants may enter as many times as they like.

Dates

• The prize draw opens on 12th March 2025 and closes on 23rd March 2025. Entries received outside this period will not be counted.

Prize Details

• The prize is a Giant Jellycat Bunny and is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternatives will be offered.
• There is only 1 bunny available!

Winner Selection

• The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries using an online application.
• The draw will take place on 24th March, and the winner will be notified on the same day of the draw taking place. 
• Winners must claim their prize by collecting in person before the 28th March 2025. Failure to claim the prize in time will result in another winner being drawn.
• Winners will be announced publicly via the Crowdfunder project page within  2 of the close date. Further details about publicity are below.

Personal Data

• Any personal data collected for the purpose of this prize draw will be used solely for administering the draw and contacting the winner(s).
• The data will be handled in accordance with UK data protection legislation and will not be shared with third parties without the entrant's consent.

Free Entry

• Free entry to the prize draw is available by post, and full details on how to enter for free are clearly displayed on the Crowdfunder project page.
• To enter by post, entrants must send their full name, contact details, and the name of the prize draw on a postcard or in an envelope with correctly paid postage.
• Entries must be sent via post and will not be accepted if delivered by hand.
• Entries with insufficient or incorrect postage will be void.
• Only one entry is permitted per envelope or postcard. Multiple entries within a single envelope will be disqualified.
• Free postal entries will be given an equal chance of winning as paid entries.
• Postal entries must be received by Monday 17th March 2025.

Publicity

• By entering, winners agree to allow the promoter and/or benefactor to use their name and image for publicity purposes, unless they request anonymity at the time of claiming the prize.

Disclaimers and Amendments

• The promoter reserves the right to amend or cancel the prize draw if circumstances beyond their control make this unavoidable. Any changes will be communicated on the Crowdfunder project page.
• Crowdfunder is not the promoter of this prize draw and is not liable for the content or operation of this prize draw.
