I have 17 years experience in the food industry with 11 of then as a chef. I've started from being a kitchen porter at the age of 15 and have got experience in the Indian cuisine.
While half the staff at my place of work went on holiday to Bangladesh, I had the green light ro start and test a new business idea which was Smash burgers and buttermilk chicken burgers.
With no shop sign or traditional marketing we was able to gross 3k a week with four members of staff from day one. I did this for five weeks and proved how easy and profitable this business could be if I had my own location with the right equipment and staff.
I would love to bring this business to life but funding is always an issue and I would appreciate any help I'd be able to get to make this dream a reality.
