Getting North Oxford Neighbourhood to Promote DE&I

Summertown and North Oxford is a leafy and pleasant area of Oxford but the Neighbourhood Plan made under the Localism Act 2011 does not address statutory strands of Equality or have a Equality Assessment.  A leading Barristers Chambers and Leading Barrister has offered to help challenge this at a reduced fee.  I can contribute half the cost but am looking to raise the remainder of £900.  It could help promote Diversity, Equality and Inclusion (DE&I) in the locality across all statutory equality strands against some resistance and hopefully resolve to the satisfaction of everyone.
