I’m Martin - founder of shield.

I'm a British-Nigerian entrepreneur on a mission to change how we talk about sex, protection and wellness — especially in communities that are often ignored.

After losing my aunt to a preventable sexually transmitted disease, I knew I had to do something. shield is my response, a bold, stigma-free sexual wellness brand for people who want to protect themselves and their pleasure — proudly and responsibly.

We’re launching our first range of inclusive, CE-certified condoms and lubricants, with colours and packaging that reflect our communities. This isn’t just about products. It’s about breaking silence, ending shame and building a platform that offers protection, education and empowerment.

With your support, we’ll fund our first production run, finalise sustainable packaging, offer free samples in specific locations and develop the correct marketing to push us forward for the next 12 months. Every pound brings us closer to a future where sexual health is safe, honest and proudly owned.
