As a small Party with less financial resources to draw upon we require support to stand. So, I am asking you to support my local party in supporting candidates to stand. Please declare if over £50.
Last May I was launched into the world of politics becoming a district councillor for South Kesteven. The council went from zero to four greens over night, it was an incredibly humbling experience. Since then I have become the vice-chair of the environment committee and hold seats on both the housing and leisure & culture committees. These are areas of huge importance to me as they impact our life experience. I have seen how collaborative working across political annd non-political groups can be successful in creating positive change.
The Green Party offer a fresh way of doing Politics that allows the public an alternative from the harsh realities we find ourselves in after 14years of Tory Government. I want to offer a Green(er) and fairer choice to the people of Rutland and Stamford when they make their mark in the ballot box.
Any support given will be used towards my candidacy and any other electoral resources. If I am lucky enough to get my deposit returned the money will be given to the local Green Party that have supported me through this campaign and will be used to support future elections both locally and nationally.
Thank you for taking the time to read this and consider supporting getting Greens Elected in 2024 for a fairer, greener country.
