Hi all
I was walking home one night minding my own business when out of no where I was seriously assaulted and knocked unconscious then full force kicked in the face which resulted in my jaw being broken in 2 places. I had to have an operation to have a metal plate and screws on my chin, also the removal of many teeth which now I am currently left with 4. I feel embarrassed and don't not like talking to people and won't smile with my mouth open due to the embarrassment of having no teeth and being judged before hearing my story.
I'm looking to go private via the NHS to try get some permanent implants as every other road so far has led to a dead end and resulting in me needing to go private.
Any help would be really appreciated to help me gain my forever smile and help me to gain back my self confidence.
