Gazebo for our allotment site's communal area

Aim: We want to provide a shelter and tables for visitors to our allotment site so they can sit, chat and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.
We want to open up an area on our allotment site to local people who aren't plotholders so they can come and enjoy our lovely site nestled in a green space that feels like its in the countryside. A few years back we turned a weed and bramble-filled corner of our allotment site in Hanwell W7 into a community orchard. We've got some old benches there for people to sit and relax. We also have BBQ's there twice a year. Our current benches and tables are getting old and unsafe so we want to buy some new picnic tables and also a wooden gazebo where people can shelter from the sun and the rain. We already have a senior citizen self-help group who come and visit us and they love it, so we want to make it available to the wider community around us.
