My journey with I have spent four years working in residential care with Steps 4 Life Care, where I started as a support worker and worked my way up to a senior position. During my time there, I gained invaluable experience in providing care and support to individuals in a residential setting. The opportunity to work closely with children was particularly rewarding, and I found great fulfillment in helping them grow, learn, and navigate their challenges. This experience strengthened my passion for working with young people, and I continue to be motivated by the positive impact I can have in their lives.working with children who live in residential homes. I’m now a football coach for a local football team and really wanted to push this to the next level and start to run my own sports club not just based on football but all sports. Some of my staff are also from the local football team which we volunteer at and both of our children play for the team.
