The project we are funding for today is a "Fusion Food Vs. Street Food" mix and match food delivery app.

My name is Alan and I am the CEO and founder of iRTiA Innovation & Solutions Ltd.

We are a creative solutions focused startup based in the UK. We form concepts and develop them into tangible, marketable and commercially viable projects.

The project for the fusion food app was a concept we worked on after doing focus groups on user experience on the established apps and how the prices were going up due to inflation. We quickly realised there were a number of potential apps to be developed but we settled on this one.

The app has been through a series of tests to validate it's potential and to make sure it is inline with our core ethics and beliefs as well as a functional and profitable roadmap. It was only after we had made sure it had what it takes that we approached a well established App developer to lead the project.

The App developer put the idea to their board and we were given the green light days later. This means we are now focused on raising money for the development and deployment (the exciting bit before the really exciting bit of launch)

THE APP:

The app focuses around making a fusion food (complimentary but different styles) meets street food (feel good, low fuss, quick eating) so you will be selecting from a set choice of compatible food influences but also you will be able to go mad with how its delivered (chilli con carne calzone? Sunday lunch pasta pot on a Monday? Vegan BBQ? We got you!)

Once you have made your selection (Meaty, Veggie or Vegan) you can spin the wheel for a freebie (Allergen and Dietary depending so no worries there!) once your happy it gets sent to the kitchen.

Trending combinations are displayed and you can rate others combos. High trending combos eventually become accessible throughout the App.

We will also have a Guest Chef promotion which cycles between different chefs these will be a set menu with a limited customisation function.

The kitchen is also connected to the app framework (A kitchen can apply to become a franchise. We will vet the premises and then start to do our integration of our systems procedures and allow for the software to allow them to be one step ahead for ordering and for maintaining high standards). The order comes through the delicious combo is lovingly put together and then shipped off via our delivery drivers!

IN THE BACKGROUND:

We will search for a place to set up our first kitchen that strikes the balance between the needs of the community and the chances of success. We will expand our business to incorporate and partner with socially conscious organisations to limit our waste and to have the most positive impact on our community and the environment.

The app is a part of a wider reaching initiative allowing for communities to be able to feed themselves and to allow businesses in the food industry who may be at risk of closing. We will responsibly source local food where possible and we will actively place our resturants in places that will directly benefit the immediate community. All our products will be affordable and we will work with the resturant franchises to maintain good supply chains and even better quality and compliance. We will actively give opportunity to all those in the surrounding area who are eligible to gain employment. We will actively develop all our associates and allow them to thrive. We are committed to ecological balance and we are going to use a seasonally available products and maintain a wide range of vegetarian and vegan choices.
