About Me:
Hi, my name is Ali Hasanzade.
I’m proud to be a World Champion Powerlifter, founder of Brentford Barbell Club and British MMA here in West London.
In 2024, I proudly represented Brentford, West London, and Britain, winning gold at the World Championships and helping build a local strength and martial arts community that’s open to all.
-
The Vision:
In November 2025, I have the honour of defending my World Title at the World Championships in South Africa.
This is more than just lifting — it’s about representing Britain proudly, inspiring the next generation, and showing the world what real community strength looks like.
Alongside competing, I run two grassroots programs helping people of all ages develop strength, confidence, and resilience through sport — entirely self-funded.
-
Why I Need Your Support:
International competition at this level is extremely expensive.
Every donation will directly support:
- Flights to South Africa
- Accommodation for the World Championships
- Competition entry fees
- Equipment for Brentford Barbell Club & British MMA
- Local youth programs in West London
I believe that strength belongs to everyone, and with your help, we can lift not just a barbell — but a whole community.
-
