Wrong 'Un Theatre is a new company created by four uni mates in the midst of their post-grad panic. Using the political power of theatre, Wrong 'Un Theatre aim to make theatre for people who feel just as lost as they do. For the people who don't belong, the outcasts, the wrong 'uns.
Their inaugural play, Funeral Sandwiches, is a one woman show depicting Sinéad as she attempts to breakdown barriers within her family as the generational impact of The Troubles hangs in the air, unspoken. It is a story about family, grief and self-acceptance and explores how trauma seeps through the cracks no matter how hard you try to push it down.
Funeral Sandwiches will have it's debut at The Drayton Arms Theatre, running for five nights from 11th - 15th February 2025.
As four broke theatre makers drained from London sucking them dry, they need any help they can get to cover expenses for their upcoming show.
