Aim: I am crowdfunding to assist with raising money to support a Thailand Expedition where we will be volunteering and helping locally.
Hello everyone,
My name is Mathew, and I am thrilled to share that I have been given the incredible opportunity to embark on a volunteering school trip to Thailand for 20 nights on 19 July 2026. This journey is not just a trip, but a chance to make a meaningful impact while immersing myself in a vibrant and diverse culture. However, I need your support to make this dream a reality.
The Mission
Together with World Challenge UK, we will be engaging in several important activities:
Working at an Elephant Sanctuary: We will spend time caring for and supporting the well-being of rescued elephants. This includes feeding, bathing, and helping with the maintenance of the sanctuary to ensure that there continues to be a safe and nurturing environment for these majestic creatures.
Trekking Through the Rainforest: We will undertake treks through Thailand's stunning rainforests, learning about the unique ecosystem and contributing to conservation efforts.
Supporting Local Charities: Our group will work with local charities, assisting in various community projects that aim to improve the lives of the residents. This hands-on experience will allow us to give back directly to the communities we visit.
