Sarah Carrino's journey with ADHD has been transformative, leading her to discover her true calling as an ADHD coach. At 40 years old, Sarah received her ADHD diagnosis after years of struggling with challenges she couldn't fully understand.

This revelation opened her eyes to the root causes of many difficulties she had faced throughout her life, from school struggles to career setbacks. Sarah's personal experiences with ADHD have given her unique insights into the daily challenges faced by those with the condition. She understands first hand the impact it can have on self-esteem, relationships, and professional development. Now, Sarah is determined to use her hard-earned knowledge and empathy to help others navigate their ADHD journeys.

As an aspiring ADHD coach, Sarah aims to:

Provide personalized support to clients, helping them develop effective strategies for managing ADHD symptoms and improving their quality of life.
Educate clients about ADHD, fostering self-awareness and self-acceptance.
Empower individuals with ADHD to harness their strengths and pursue their goals with confidence.
Offer guidance on practical skills like time management, organization, and emotional regulation.
Create a supportive community for those with ADHD, combating feelings of isolation and misunderstanding.

The funds raised through this project will enable Sarah to:

Complete comprehensive ADHD coach training and certification programs, ensuring she has the latest knowledge and techniques to support her clients effectively.
Develop tailored coaching materials and resources specific to various ADHD challenges and age groups.
Set up a professional coaching practice, including necessary technology and tools for both in-person and online coaching sessions.
Launch outreach initiatives to raise awareness about ADHD and the benefits of coaching, potentially partnering with local organizations and schools.
Attend conferences and workshops to stay current with ADHD research and coaching best practices.

Sarah's vision is to create a thriving ADHD coaching practice that not only helps individuals overcome their challenges but also celebrates the unique strengths and perspectives that come with ADHD.

By sharing her own story of growth and transformation, she hopes to inspire others to embrace their neurodiversity and reach their full potential. Through her coaching, Sarah aims to contribute to a world where ADHD is better understood and where those with the condition have the support and tools they need to thrive in all aspects of life.

Her personal journey from struggling with undiagnosed ADHD to becoming an empowered advocate and coach embodies the transformative impact she hopes to have on her future clients' lives.
