From Stray to Safe: A Second Chance for Dollc

Aim: I rescued an abused stray Rottweiler and I’m raising funds to help with her care, vet bills, and recovery. She deserves a second chance.

Hi everyone,

I don’t usually do things like this, but I’m reaching out with an open heart because I truly need your help.

A couple of weeks ago, I came across a stray Rottweiler — a beautiful, gentle girl who had clearly been through a lot. She was weak, trembling, and terrified of everything around her. From the way she shivered and flinched at sudden movements, it was clear she hadn’t known much kindness in her life.

I couldn’t leave her like that. I took her in, gave her a warm place to sleep, some food, and as much love as I could. Little by little, she’s started to come out of her shell. She’s no longer the frightened, shaking soul she was when we first met — she’s slowly beginning to trust again.

I’ve named her DOLLC

My plan is to keep her permanently and give her the life she’s always deserved. I want her to feel safe, loved, and one day — when she’s strong enough — maybe even let her have a little family of her own. Every dog deserves a home where they’re cherished.

But as much as my heart is in this, my funds are very limited. Vet visits, proper food, medication, vaccinations, and getting her checked for any lasting injuries or trauma — it all adds up. So I’m humbly asking for help.

I didn’t plan for this, but sometimes the right souls find each other when they need it most.
