Aim: We're launching The Cardiology: hand illustrated greeting cards with heart, humour and a mission to make real life moments worth celebrating
🖨️ Help Us Print The Small Wins
We're Michael & Calvin. We make cheeky little greeting cards. But we're broke. Help us buy a professional printer so we can keep celebrating life's awkward victories- one slightly unhinged card at a time.
🫖 Who Are We
We're two Oxford based law grads who burnt out of our 9-5s and decided to make people laugh instead. We launched The Cardiology- a greeting card brand built to celebrate small wins, big feelings and the weirdness of being British.
We're not trying to be edgy. We just want to keep things honest, funny and kind- the kind of humour that says "sorry I showed emotion" or "pub?" in a card and somehow makes your day better.
We draw everything by hand. No AI. No stock photos. No pre-packaged nonsense. Just two guys, a pen and an unhealthy addiction to tea.
📦 What We've Done So Far
We've pushed this as far as we can with the resources (and sleep) we have.
We've fleshed out the idea and found something people genuinely connect with. But now, to make it sustainable- and keep it in our hands- we need your help.
🔬 Why In-House Printing Matters
Getting our own printer would completely change the game:
This isn't just about convenience- it's about staying small, scrappy and fully independent.
🎯 What We're Raising
We're aiming to raise £1500 to buy a top-spec Epson P700 art printer- the kind that will let us print sharp, archival-quality cards right from our tiny studio.
If we hit stretch goals, we'll use it for:

We're not just asking- we're giving back.

🌍 Why This Matters
Right now, things in the UK feel...well, a bit flat. Between the headlines, the bills and the AI takeover, it's easy to feel like joy is on backorder.
Our answer?
Make cards that celebrate the good bits. The daft bits. The "you survived Monday" bits. Cards for bad moods, burnt toast and unexpected kindness.
We believe in celebrating the small wins- and a silly card might be exactly what someone needs.
🧡 Help Us Print The Future (LITERALLY)
If you've ever laughed at a passive-aggressive pun, or felt better after a card landed on your doormat, you already understand why this matters.
