Fresh Start Charity
We support 14-25 year olds classed as NEET by offering them a 3 month programme learning transferrable work skills in Retail, Hospitality, Customer Service, Warehouse Management & courier work. We support their mental health issues by building their self confidence, self esteem & social interaction. We then help them by getting back into education, employment or finding an Apprenticeship.

Fresh Start Charity supports 14-25 year olds who are classed as NEET and there are currently over 1m in the UK registered & on UC.
We provide a 3 month programme which teaches them transferrable work skills within the Charity Shop & Cafe. They are taught skills in Retail, Hospitality, Customer Service, warehouse management & courier services.
Many of these young people suffer with a mental health co Dorian which we also support. We work on a 1-1 with all of them to build their self confidence, self esteem, & how to manage their condition in the work place, at home & socially.
We then look to place them in Employment, back into education or a traineeship or apprenticeship.
Our aim to provide our 3 month programme to 100 young people within a year.
Open Heart Campaign
Due to serious waiting times to be seen by the nhs services for mental health, up to 8 years and over 195,000 people waiting for appointments plus 500,000 children & adolescents on CAMHS waiting list we created this campaign.
We want YOU the public to help us help those that are struggling with mental health issues.
by wearing a green open heart pin it signifies you are open to listen & talk to someone who is struggling. We have a QR code that will direct you to our website where there are tips on how to start a conversation, what to ask & more. There are also many places to signpost them for further support.
For just £10 we will send you a green pin that you can wear along with some flyers which detail what the campaign is about. £2 to cover postage. The pins are £3 but we want you to show support & donate £5 towards the essential work we do with young people. 💚
